It feels like I've been working on this spec sheet for ages. There's so much to research and figure out. We aren't able to go to stores or showrooms to look at things. I'm on Houzz and Pinterest daily, gathering photos. I know we aren't making final selections with this document, but the closer we get the more accurate the budget will be and the less hassle down the road with the bank. Sometimes this process is fun, and sometimes it's a struggle. But we're slowly getting through it.
In the meantime, the kids have built some fixtures and furniture for the house....with legos.
