We have power and water on the same day! And the back patio is ready to go. Lots of rebar drilled in and supports to contain the weight.
Here's what's coming up:
Week of the 5th- Back patio concrete poured, hose bibs installed
Week of the 12th- Prep framing for drywall
Week of the 19th- Insulation and possibly drywall begins.
And some other odds and ends mixed in during those weeks too. We were reminded to take photos of the walls before the 19th because they'll start closing them up. The house will look a lot different by the end of July.
