No new cabinet progress today. I heard they're missing some important pieces...the builder didn't sound happy. But lots of tile progress! All the tile is up in our shower (covered in dust so messy). The boys' shower floor is done and they have pieces cut for the walls. Plus all the goop and lining is down in the mudroom/laundry/powder bath. The other bathroom floors were dry so I was able to get a better look at Viv's bathroom vanity.
Yesterday we had our large fire pit and sitting rocks moved to the land. The person who delivered them saw our rock wall in-progress, and happened to know the guy doing the work. He said he's the best rock guy around. And we found out we got a free upgrade on the rock itself. We got the nicer stuff for the price of the standard stuff due to a supply problem with the quarry. Yay! We think it's beautiful and complements the chimney and future post bases too.
