Along with the back wall placement, they framed the garage. The massive 30 inch beam is now part of the garage ceiling. They also finished a lot of the exterior sheeting, so the house looks more put together.
We think the exposed posts and beams in the interior might go in soon. They were chatting about how to go about them tonight and the builder mentioned they were being delivered soon.
